Rocky Mtn Natl Park

We went to Rocky Mtn on Sunday for free admission day! It normally costs $20 to get in so we were excited when we heard it was free day!! Tobin did great the first half of the hike but didn't quite make it to the end. : )

First Hike

We took Tobin on his first hike yesterday. The weather was gorgeous but there was still lots of snow on the trail so we didn't make it too far. We ended up finding a dirt road nearby that didn't have snow on it so we took a stroll down the road. Tobin had a great time and was chanting, "BbbbbBbbbb" the entire way.

Sitting.....Kind of

We are working on sitting but as you can see, we still need a little work!

Jumparoo

Tobin finally started jumping in his Jumparoo instead of just hanging there!

Sweet Potatoes

Tobin tried his first baby food! As you can see, he wasn't sure what to think of the sweet potatoes.

Six Months

Tobin turned 6 months on Monday. He weighs 13lbs 13oz.

Palm Sunday

All of the children Sunday School classes were marched through the worship center for Palm Sunday. Here is a picture of Tobin being carried through by a nursery worker. Hard to believe that next year he'll be marching through on his own two feet!

First Swim

We had 18 inches of snow outside and Tobin went for his first swim! Our rec center has an indoor lazy river so my friend Angela and I took Wesley and Tobin for a swim in the heated pool. Tobin did great and just chilled out as we went round and round the lazy river.

First Flight and First Vacation

We had so much fun with Grammy and Poppa in NC. Tobin did wonderful on his first flight! He slept half of the time and played in our laps the last half.

We were hurrying to get ready and Tobin still needed his bottle so I propped it up with the bedspread. I thought he looked so cute all snuggled up under the covers.

Tobin enjoyed rocking with Poppa in front of the fire each morning.


Grammy kept Tobin happy while we rode in the car. He didn't know what to do with himself when we got home and he had nobody in the back seat with him!


We didn't get to hike because of the rain and muddy trails but we were able to take several nice walks with mountain views.


Chris and I got to go skiing while Grammy and Poppa babysat.
